Begin your day with mindfulness and relaxation with your child as we enjoy stories, art, and yoga at P.L.A.Y.: Peace, Love, Yoga & Art!.
Wear something comfy and snuggle up to hear a story read by your art teacher Laurie from Sunshine Sunflower.
Then, create an art project inspired by the story. We will end by extending the theme into a playful yoga experience, closing with peaceful relaxation with Lori from Yoga's Arc.
Please bring your yoga mat and a towel. Mat rental will be available for those that need them (a $4 fee will be collected at check-in). If you require a mat, please email info@yogasarc.com to ensure we have your pre-sanitized mat!
Please arrive 10 minutes before class to check-in and set up your yoga and art spaces.
