    • Seamless Logistics: We handle all the virtual setup and coordination, making it easy for your team to join from any device.

Best For: On-site classes at your location where you have existing yoga equipment or prefer participants to bring their own.

    • Seamless Program Management: We handle all scheduling, instructor coordination, and any unforeseen issues, ensuring a smooth experience for your staff.

Equipment Rental

Flow $5/person: Yoga Mat, Blocks, & Straps

Zen: $10/person: Yoga Mat, Blankets, Bolster, Blocks, Straps, & Massage Balls

Enhanced: $10/person: Essential Oils/Diffuser, Bottled Water, Meditation Card, & Eye Towel.

  • Participant Limit: Pricing displayed is for up to 20 participants per class. For larger groups, please contact us for a customized quote.

  • Rush Fee: A 25% rush fee will be applied to all packages booked inside a 14-day window.

  • Discounts: We offer discounts for regularly scheduled classes (e.g., weekly, bi-weekly) or ongoing partnership programs. Please contact us to discuss long-term rates.
