During these sessions, you’ll step into a room wrapped in floor-to-ceiling Himalayan salt for a total-body reset. We will guide you through a deep Yoga Nidra meditation and a restorative Sound Bath, all while you breathe in medical-grade, salt-infused air that supports your respiratory health, skin, and overall well-being.
